TOPPING FILLER (DF TOPPING / GRANULAR DOSER)

This doser is suitable for filling bread crumbs, any type of granular products and shredded and diced cheese:  cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan..

The unit is composed of:

• Product hopper complete with level probes.
• Product spreading paddle wheels.
• Product feed belt controlled by a photocell to maintain a continuous flow to the leveling wheel.
• Leveling wheel to control the amount of product on the dosing belt.
• Dosing belt independently driven.
• A photocell detecting the tray actuates this belt and a timer on the control panel controls the amount filled.
• The speed of the feed and dosing belts are variable control.
• Control Panel.
• Parts in contact with product and frame made in stainless steel AISI 304L/316 L.
• Belts made of food approved material.

Additional options include:

• Assembled on wheels
• Up to 4 dispensing belts
• Product elevator to hopper
• Allen Bradley PLC
