PRODUCE / FRUIT CUP SOLUTIONS
Harpak has completed several successful types of fruit cup installations. From fill/seal to tray sealing, Harpak has the know-how. Our experience encompasses filling of fresh fruit, frozen fruits, diced, mixed fruit and pureed fruit.

For the Delmonte Fruit Cup Line we used the following:

• Automatic cup/tray denesting
• Fully automatic fruit loading
• Tight tolerance liquid filling
• Sealing with vacuum & gas
• Clean in place and central lubrication system
• Automated package collating
• Multi-pack horizontal sleeving system

FORM, FILL, SEAL DICED TOMATOES
For this application, we utilized a Hooper N2500, built specifically for a caustic environment.  An Easiweigh scale is used to obtain the best possible weights.  The speeds for this line are approximately 24, five pound packages per minute.

FRUITS & VEGETABLES
In addition to complete fruit cup assembly lines, Harpak also offers the following:

• Sealing of fiber punnets with transparent breathable protective lidstock
• Above the flange snap-on-lid machinery
• Salad bowl packaging with modified atmosphere capabilities built in
• Fork placement for salad and fruit packages
