Harpak has installed over 200 lines in North America and is thought of as a leading supplier to the Case Ready industry. Our expertise has been put to work at some of the nation’s largest meat packaging plants. Harpak’s integrated lines include: tray denesting, meat loading, tray sealers and much more. Harpak also offers similar solutions for Whole Muscle MAP packaging complete with an automatic pad placer.
Harpak applied for and was awarded a patent for an innovative beaded seal method. The beaded seal patent (6,701,993 B2) is in full effect and allows Harpak to provide its clients with better pressure and cleaner seals. Other important features available are automated seal wiping, no cooling required, ability to handle chaotic tray depths and product above the flange detection.
