OTEM Mach2000 Flow Wrapping Machine
The Mach 2000 is equipped with:
- Automatic reel splicer equipped with load cell for a controlled and adjustable film tension.
- Print centering with corrections during acceleration and braking.
- Phased stop with open sealing jaws.
- Double pair of long seal heated rollers.
- All temperature control via applicable software.
- Machine/operator interface has been designed to facilitate operation, ensuring precision and speed.
- 50 memory capacity extendible up to 200.
- Display of status condition and diagnostic of all input and output signals.
- "No product/no bag function".
- Motorized product support.
- Pause jaws.

APLC (OTEM FLOW WRAPPING & APLC)
- The A.P.L.C. system allows a large number of different products to be handled.
- Size change is easily carried out by changing the belts speeds (this is pre-programmable).
- The A.P.L.C. feeder is extremely flexible and can be adpted to
numerous production requirements.
- The various A.P.L.C. versions allow a wide variety of pack styles
- The simple, linear mechanical design reduces maintenance to a minimum.
- The electronics allow the feeder operation to be adapted, adjusted
and programmed according to products and line configuration.
