Harpak offers complete ground meat systems including the grinding, portioning, loading and automatic packaging of 1, 2, 3, and 5 pound bulk loafs and patties. Speeds now approach 130 packages per minute in a completely automated system. Harpak and Mondini have worked closely together to provide a single source packaging system, engineered and built together. Although Harpak has the expertise to integrate necessary equipment, we have taken the initiative to develop complete solutions. This fundamental strategy has allowed Harpak to offer the fastest, most efficient case-ready packaging systems available in the world.

WHOLE MUSCLE
Harpak offers a solution for whole muscle applications at production speeds from 4 trays per minute to 120 trays per minute. The automatic Mondini tray sealing whole muscle machines do not require add-on infeed devices as the patented infeed system is built into the machine. A few additional features:

• High oxygen, low oxygen and CO2 (lower 2) case ready applications available on all machines
• Space saving footprint
• Seven minute change over
• Allen Bradley controls
• Film is cut in place

DATA ACQUISITION
Additionally, Harpak has the ability to provide complete data acquisition networks, real time remote monitoring and instantaneous remote technical support.  This allows for state-of-the-art line efficiency and quality control techniques not previously available. By implementing a processor supplied case-ready program, the retailer would be free to do what they do best.
