OTEM Mach2000 Flow Wrapping Machine

The Mach 2000 is equipped with:

• Automatic reel splicer equipped with load cell for a controlled and adjustable film tension
• Print centering with corrections during acceleration and breaking
• Phased stop with open sealing jaws
• Double pair of long seal heated rollers
• All temperature control via applicable software
• Machine/operator interface has been designed to facilitate operation, ensuring precision and speed

• The various A.P.L.C. versions allow a wide variety of pack styles
• The simple, linear mechanical design reduces maintenance to a minimum
• The electronics allow the feeder operation to be adapted, adjusted and programmed according to products and line configuration
